Bulgarian is an Indo-European language spoken in Bulgaria, Greece and some other European countries. This area converted to Christianity in the 9th century and today Orthodox Christianity is the most practiced religion there. This free BibleMax module features the translation of the Bible into the Eastern dialect of the Bulgarian language, which was adopted as the country's official language in the 19th century, during which the first Bulgarian Bible translations were made. Despite the fact that Orthodox is the main Christian denomination in Bulgaria, this module features a Protestant version of the Scriptures, so you will not find the books considered apocryphal by Protestant denominations, such as the Wisdom of Solomon, Esther, Tobit, Maccabees I and II, and others. So if you want a Bible version compatible with Orthodox teachings, you may want to try another option.
You need BibleMax core software to display this module. You can download it for free at the developer's site, as well as many other Bible modules. Also, you will need a Cyrillic font to display the Bulgarian text properly.
